Level 1 Sponsorship - $850 (limited availability) includes full color cover ad with premier placement at back cover, inside front cover or inside back cover.

Level 2 Sponsorship - $565 includes preferred placement at beginning or end of the journal.

Prices include a 3% credit card fee.
